I emailed this man steve for to check my liteway 6 he emailed me back telling me to go to his shop and he looked at my scooter and straight away he diagnosed that it was a battery fault he changed the batteries for me and my scooter now goes great a genuine guy all round, I will certainly go to him anytime.

Fantastic shop, if not in stock they will do there utmost to get it.
It is the only shop i use for mobility products, vat excluded for mobility customers. friendly staff, very product knowledgeable.

After being very disappointed with other so called disability & mobility shops, I came across Ability. It really was an Aladdin's Cave.
A small family run shop, much smaller than the bigger, more 'clinical' shops I had tried before, yet their range was very impressive.
As was their service, they really did go the extra mile in helping me to get just the right products. I strongly recommend Ability.

Just little note to thank you for lending me the zimmer frame for my stay in Cardiff.
The wheel-chair does not go round this house so I greatly appreciate your help.

Hello Penny & Peter,
I think it was in September that you gave us a wooden sliding board to take to Moldova for the use of one of the residents in the 3rd house we opened at the end of August. Attached is a picture of the user. (Photo removed for privacy). His name is Mr G, he is blind and in a wheelchair and has a bad chest. He is cared for by his blind daughter who has difficulty walking.
When I was there in October, my time with Mr G was very rushed but he was able to use the sliding board. After I left, without reinforcement, it was neglected. However, because Mr G is heavy and his limbs are fixed, there had been some falls and near misses during his transfers and one of the carers had been injured. When Miss A went in November, our Moldovan friends insisted Mr G used the board and, with Miss A's tutition, he is now using it sucessfully.

Thank you for giving this piece of equipment. These simple items make a huge difference and we are very grateful for the generosity of people like yourselves.

To Ability
We would like to say a big 'Thank You' to Steven at your Barry store.
We arrived, on Saturday, at five past four, not realising that you shut at four o clock. He saw us outside and came and opened the door to serve us. We purchased a pair of sandals, a packet of socks and two walking stick ends! We came with our mother who is elderly and easily confused, He was very patient and never once rushed us, even though it was well past his closing time.
This is the third time we have visited your store, having purchased a wheelchair previously, shoes and slippers. He has always been very patient.
Once again a big 'Thank You'
